- 2.0.5-ADD-01AddedDocument Files: a file store organised by documentA project file store arranged the way the documents are: type, then document number, then revision — with every file attached to that document gathered in one place, whether it came in with the form, during a review step, in a reply, as the signed PDF, or as a site photograph. Switch between a list and a thumbnail grid; the preview pane on the right holds its space permanently, so the file list is no longer squeezed when a file is selected. Select several files and download them as one ZIP, search across the whole store, filter by company, star the files you return to, and see what you opened recently. PDF files open in the application itself. Files can be shared as a link, either to the people already on the document or publicly, with an expiry date, revocable at any time, and forwarded to LINE in one button. A project administrator can lock a folder for a whole document type or for a single document; a locked document disappears from everything that user can see — counts, search results and starred items included — so nothing hints that a hidden document exists.
- 2.0.5-ADD-02AddedThe Drawer: a project-wide file index with ranked searchOne index of every file attached anywhere in the project, with a summary console and a search that ranks results by relevance across file names and file metadata. Results only ever show files the person searching is already entitled to see, under the same document visibility rules as everywhere else.

It is closed and customer-scoped rather than a public service: it is enabled one project at a time, credentials are issued for that project alone, both are off until asked for, and switching it off withdraws access immediately. The connection is read-only and returns metadata only — document number, status, version, current workflow stage — and can never return document content, attachments, or a link to a file.

The result is published as a public page at /security, which answers a standard 21-item third-party risk assessment in advance — any company's procurement team can read it and print it straight into their own file without having to ask for it. Several security controls were strengthened along the way, across session handling, access control, and the file types accepted on upload.
- 2.0.5-CHG-01ChangedThe Traffic Map: count drawings, click through, and read more easilyA switch on the card header changes what the whole map counts — documents or drawings — because one approval document can carry several drawings, so the real backlog for the person managing drawings is not a count of documents. The switch appears only on document types that actually carry drawings. Clicking a stage's weather symbol now goes straight to that stage's documents, and the paths and count labels no longer overlap each other.
- 2.0.5-CHG-02ChangedClick a file name in the summary and land on the fileThe "recently added" and "most used" lists on the file index summary now open the file when its name is clicked — for the files that person is entitled to see, under the existing rules.
- 2.0.5-CHG-03ChangedPersonal account settings now live in one placePersonal settings, profile, password and the account deletion request have moved to an account page that belongs to the whole workspace rather than to a project. It is reachable from anywhere, including by a user who is not yet a member of any project — who previously could not reach it at all.
- 2.0.5-CHG-04ChangedSort the printed register by any columnThere used to be two orderings; anyone who wanted another exported to Excel and sorted it there. Every printed column can now be sorted, in either direction. Document numbers sort numerically (RFA-9 before RFA-10), Thai text sorts the way Thai readers expect, and rows with no value always sink to the bottom whichever way you sort. PDF, CSV and Excel all come out in the same order.
- 2.0.5-CHG-05ChangedThe form builder names a field for youAdding a field in the workflow builder now saves straight away: the internal reference name is derived from the label you typed. Previously it had to be filled in by hand, and leaving it empty failed the save without saying what to type.

And the project selector sits above the guidance section in the sidebar, matching the way people actually move around.

- 2.0.4-ADD-01AddedTraffic Map on the dashboardA full-width band under the 7-day strip that puts the project's whole workflow in one picture — each stage is a circle, and every document in progress is a dot travelling the path between stages, so you can see at once where work is piling up. Dots carry the colour of the company that raised the document, with a colour key underneath; a stage holding a lot of documents changes colour and expression so it is hard to miss; and pointing at a stage highlights only the paths connected to it. The paths match the workflow the project administrator designed, including return-for-revision routes and stage-skipping forwards. Everyone on the project sees the band without having to turn it on.
- 2.0.4-ADD-02AddedThe Traffic Map in the Document Log — click a stage to filterThe same map now sits on the Document Log as well, and clicking any stage circle narrows the list to the documents held at that stage; click it again to go back to everything. Seeing where work has piled up and getting to the actual documents is one click, not two screens.

Linking can only be done from an account you are already signed in to, one LINE account belongs to exactly one user, and no account is ever created automatically — anyone who has not linked signs in exactly as before.

Several documents can go at once from the selection bar in the Document Log, and the button is there on a phone too — sharing into the site group is work done on site.

Several pins are allowed and each remembers its own location. A project administrator can add the field to any document type from the workflow designer, and new projects get it on the site inspection (RI) form from the start.

Printing used to sweep the entire history every time, so a routine job that wanted "last month" got a hundred-page file. The release-notes panel beside the form switches between Thai and English, always shows the three most recent releases, and gives every item a heading, the way the changelog on the website does.

It also picks a field that is actually on the create form, so it can no longer aim at a camera belonging to a later stage.
- 2.0.4-FIX-01FixedThe signature on the profile page was not being savedUpdate Profile saved everything on the page except the signature, which has a save button of its own — so anyone who drew a signature and pressed Update Profile left the page without it being stored. The signature panel now sits in its own card, so it reads as something that stands on its own and carries its own save.
- 2.0.4-FIX-02FixedRearranging dashboard cards could lose one for goodFor anyone with a watch list who had never arranged their dashboard, the first drag silently dropped one card from the saved layout — recoverable from Customize, but only if you noticed. Cards with nowhere to land are now appended instead of discarded, so a save can never come back with fewer cards than it went in with.
- 2.0.4-FIX-03FixedA card ticked in Customize did not appearA card with nothing in it yet was dropped entirely, so ticking one in Customize and saving returned a screen that looked exactly as before, with no way to tell whether the choice had been kept. Cards you picked yourself now always appear, with a line saying they are empty — all eight of them.
