- 2.0.6-ADD-01AddedOrganizations: group several projects togetherSeveral projects can now be grouped under one organization. An organization administrator sees an Organization menu that lists every project in the organization and its members, and can invite new members by email. The list shows every project, but an administrator can open only the projects they belong to, because belonging to an organization does not by itself give access to any project. An organization administrator can create new projects in their organization when the Autodocs administrator allows it. Creating and editing an organization, closing it, and moving projects in or out are done for you by the Autodocs administrator.
- 2.0.6-ADD-02AddedThe new Project Timeline: a Gantt schedule you can drag to adjustThe project Timeline is now a Gantt schedule built from phases, tasks and one level of subtasks. A company administrator drags a bar to move or resize a task, and drags a row to reorder phases and tasks. A task whose dates have been moved carries an R badge showing how many times it has moved. A task that is no longer going ahead can be abandoned: its history is kept, but it no longer counts toward progress and is left out of exports. The S-curve now shows the money actually disbursed against each phase's budget, instead of weighted progress. A project with no phases yet still shows the S-curve points entered by hand in Settings. The schedule exports to Excel and PDF. When a project allows public links, a company administrator can create a read-only link that people without an account open without signing in, and switching the project's public links off stops every link already shared. The Timeline is no longer limited to higher plans: only a project whose licence has expired cannot open it until the licence is renewed.
- 2.0.6-ADD-03AddedSet your project's primary colourA project administrator can set the project's primary colour in Settings. The colour is used for the menu bar, buttons and links on every page of that project, with suggested colours to choose from and a preview before saving. A colour that makes white text hard to read is refused.
- 2.0.6-ADD-04AddedA User Activity page for administrators of the Project DirectoryAdministrators of the Project Directory can now open a User Activity page. For each member it shows when and how they last signed in, and when they last acted on a document and which document it was.
- 2.0.6-CHG-01ChangedAn RFA now needs a Category before it can be submittedThe RFA create form now requires a Category before it can be submitted. The RFI form still lets you leave Category empty, as before.
- 2.0.6-CHG-02ChangedNew Project: pick the starting companies from the company registryThe New Project dialog now lets you pick the starting companies from the company registry, one row at a time, instead of typing company names. One role can hold several companies, for example more than one contractor. The creator's own company comes first and the creator becomes its company administrator straight away. The same company cannot be chosen twice, and new projects no longer end up with duplicated company codes, which keeps document numbers from colliding.
- 2.0.6-CHG-03ChangedThe system copes better when many people use it at oncePages now respond faster when many people use Autodocs at the same time, because the system repeats fewer data reads and can handle more simultaneous requests.
- 2.0.6-CHG-04ChangedThe Drawer: new files are searchable at once and can be opened from the resultsA file you upload now appears in the Drawer immediately; before, it stayed out until the system caught up later. The text inside a PDF becomes searchable after the system has read the file, which it does in scheduled rounds. Each search result row now has separate "View" and "Download" buttons. "View" opens a PDF or an image of up to 50 MB in place, and any other file can only be downloaded. Searching the Drawer is also faster than before.
- 2.0.6-CHG-05ChangedCounts in the Document Log use the stage names you setThe document counts for each stage in the Document Log now use the stage names set in the workflow builder, with no duplicate Create row. A few other display details were also tidied. The foot of the sidebar is the same in every project, FIDIC or not. The Published summary card now looks like the cards for the other stages. The row-order fields in the Print dialog are no longer squeezed until they cannot be read, and a deleted document can no longer be added to Watch.

Companies still waiting for verification and withdrawn documents no longer count against it.
- 2.0.6-FIX-04FixedFile uploads: nothing is lost on the way, and a failure says whyAttaching and uploading files is more dependable in several ways, and when an upload fails, the message now gives the real reason. Attaching several small files together is no longer refused as "file too large". Two files with the same name and size in one batch are no longer merged into one, which used to make a file vanish without a word. Files of 10 MB and more, which failed every time before, now upload, and a batch that fails part-way no longer leaves some of its files behind to be duplicated when you try again. The reasons the message can give are: the network could not reach the file storage, the request was blocked, the upload link had expired, or the storage was unavailable at that moment. A network failure is retried automatically. Up to 4 files upload at the same time, and large files on a slow site connection can now finish.

The switch is on the Security page of the account. While it is on, you are asked for a code sent by email when a sign-in looks unfamiliar, and turning the switch on or off always asks you to confirm who you are first.

Each time a document is signed, the system records details of the device used and keeps them with that signature, so the signing can be checked later. Signatures made before this change have had their records completed as well.

- 2.0.5-ADD-01AddedDocument Files: a file store organised by documentA project file store arranged the way the documents are: type, then document number, then revision — with every file attached to that document gathered in one place, whether it came in with the form, during a review step, in a reply, as the signed PDF, or as a site photograph. Switch between a list and a thumbnail grid; the preview pane on the right holds its space permanently, so the file list is no longer squeezed when a file is selected. Select several files and download them as one ZIP, search across the whole store, filter by company, star the files you return to, and see what you opened recently. PDF files open in the application itself. Files can be shared as a link, either to the people already on the document or publicly, with an expiry date, revocable at any time, and forwarded to LINE in one button. A project administrator can lock a folder for a whole document type or for a single document; a locked document disappears from everything that user can see — counts, search results and starred items included — so nothing hints that a hidden document exists.
- 2.0.5-ADD-02AddedThe Drawer: a project-wide file index with ranked searchOne index of every file attached anywhere in the project, with a summary console and a search that ranks results by relevance across file names and file metadata. Results only ever show files the person searching is already entitled to see, under the same document visibility rules as everywhere else.

The connection is read-only and returns metadata only — document number, status, version, current workflow stage — and can never return document content, attachments, or a link to a file.

The result is published as a public page at /security, which answers a standard 21-item third-party risk assessment in advance — any company's procurement team can read it and print it straight into their own file without having to ask for it. Several security controls were strengthened along the way, across session handling, access control, and the file types accepted on upload.
- 2.0.5-CHG-01ChangedThe Traffic Map: count drawings, click through, and read more easilyA switch on the card header changes what the whole map counts — documents or drawings — because one approval document can carry several drawings, so the real backlog for the person managing drawings is not a count of documents. The switch appears only on document types that actually carry drawings. Clicking a stage's weather symbol now goes straight to that stage's documents, and the paths and count labels no longer overlap each other.
- 2.0.5-CHG-02ChangedClick a file name in the summary and land on the fileThe "recently added" and "most used" lists on the file index summary now open the file when its name is clicked — for the files that person is entitled to see, under the existing rules.
- 2.0.5-CHG-03ChangedPersonal account settings now live in one placePersonal settings, profile, password and the account deletion request have moved to an account page that belongs to the whole workspace rather than to a project. It is reachable from anywhere, including by a user who is not yet a member of any project — who previously could not reach it at all.
- 2.0.5-CHG-04ChangedSort the printed register by any columnThere used to be two orderings; anyone who wanted another exported to Excel and sorted it there. Every printed column can now be sorted, in either direction. Document numbers sort numerically (RFA-9 before RFA-10), Thai text sorts the way Thai readers expect, and rows with no value always sink to the bottom whichever way you sort. PDF, CSV and Excel all come out in the same order.
- 2.0.5-CHG-05ChangedThe form builder names a field for youAdding a field in the workflow builder now saves straight away: the internal reference name is derived from the label you typed. Previously it had to be filled in by hand, and leaving it empty failed the save without saying what to type.

And the project selector sits above the guidance section in the sidebar, matching the way people actually move around.
